Lavelier HydroTherm Collection

Over the past year I have really started to take a serious look at my skincare routine. I have always struggled with acne breakouts (the awful cystic kind) I am ready to find products that not only combat my acne but help minimize my pores, reduce the redness I get in my cheeks and of course prevent wrinkles! While I have had some success with a whole slew of products I recently partnered with Lavelier to give their HydroTherm collection a try. The goal: get my face ready for all the fun I have planned for spring and summer. I really want my skin to look and feel its best during these warm New England months!

The HydoTherm Collection consists of three products – face mask, serum, and cream. When reading about the brand I learned that the secret behind their products from from Corallina officinalis (aka red coral seaweed) which is said to energize and rejuvenate the skin as well as contains antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Lavelier has many products and collections so if you are looking for anything from anti-aging to rejuvenation along with more balanced, even tone there is a collection for you!

How beautiful and luxurious is this packaging?? I am obsessed with the rose gold detailing!

HydroTherm Intense Masque

What intrigued me most was the first product of the collection that I tried – the HydroTherm Intense Masque. This mask includes ingredients such as Kaolin Clay, marine botanicals and aloe vera. It is different than any other mask I have ever used because of its unique heat-activated properties. I could feel it warm up as soon as I put on my skin! This product is not as thick as your usual clay mask and stays wet compared to others I have used which dry out while using them and tend to make my skin feel tight. I kept it on for 1o minutes and then washed with cool water. I LOVED IT. And the bottle will go a long way since it is recommended to use once a month.

HydroTherm Sauna Serum

Next up was the HydroTherm Sauna Serum and I used this product in two ways. First I put a few drops on my fingertips and massaged into the HydroTherm Intense Masque. The serum helps to intensify the mask’s warming effects and it feels oh-so good! Second I use another few drops directly on my skin at night after cleansing my face and applying my toner. Again, a little bit of product goes a long way with this and it really absorbs well into the skin and doesn’t make my skin feel like there is any residue on it. The serum has ingredients such as anti-aging vitamins and seaweed extract.

HydroTherm Completion Cream

The last product from the collection that I tried was the HydroTherm Completion Cream. This cream has a nice thick texture and contains hyaluronic acid, vitamin A retinyl palmitate and other botanicals which help to minimize signs of aging, fine lines, and pores while plumping the skin and improve overall tone, texture, and contour. I have been using this every night after applying the HydroTherm Serum and my skin instantly feels so hydrated!

In the couple of weeks I have been using these products I have noticed that my redness in my cheeks has been significantly reduced, my pores appear smaller, and my skins feels hydrated and looks bright. I also haven’t experience any acne breakouts! So I am extremely excited to see my results with continued use. My only downfall with this product is the price – it is way out of my budget! However, I will continue to use these products while I have them and report back on how it is going while I still have the product for those of you who are interested in following along!
